1. Compress the area of pain.

2. Warm the body.

3. Reduce strenuous activity.

4. Fill your nutritional needs.
Eat foods that contain lots of protein, omega-3 fatty acids, magnesium, zinc, vitamin B1, and iron.
5. Inhale.

6. Consumption of analgesics.
Pain reliever (analgesic) may be used, but it's better in accordance with doctor's instructions. If not consult with doctors and medicines are free to choose, you should not drink more than three times daily dosing.
