
Menstrual cycle in women tends to closely associated with an increase or decrease in weight. Not only while menstruating, it also occurs before and after menstruation.

1. Menstruation
When the body begins to undergo a monthly cycle, you may feel cramping, bloating, fatigue, and mood of uncertainty. On the positive side, when the body is actively bleeding, it will tear down all unused uterine lining and prepare for a new cycle of blood in the body.
Over time, appetite and bloating will disappear. In fact, your weight will come down for a month after the cycle stops.
2. Follicular phase
Follicular phase is the process of egg maturation. In this phase, the body will naturally work hard to choose the perfect egg. This is what causes the hormone estrogen increases.

3. Ovulation

4. Luteal phase
