When Menstrual Pads Replace Every 2-4 hours

JAKARTA - gynecologist and sexologist, Dr. Ryan Thamrin, argued, for women should never underestimate the intimate hygiene during menstruation.

"If you continually ignored, may be at risk of infection resulting from whitish to venereal disease," he said while campaigning with Charm `Shine 'here on Tuesday (10.04.11).

According to him, there are five things that usually the cause of women paying less attention to the replacement of the pads or panty liner that is shame, fear not clean, lazy, frugal or forgotten.

He suggested the women, memlih pads are convenient, especially those that do not cause leaks, and secure, which does not cause irritation to the skin area around the vagina.

"Do not forget to pay attention to duration of use to change your pad every 2-4 hours," he said.
