Sexual arousal level of ABG When Men Go Down Sleep Deprivation

Chicago, Chronic Fatigue caused by sleep deprivation can seriously impact on the sexual life of an adult male. Libido or sexual desire can fall dramatically in just a week, up to par with passionate sex in the age of 15 ABG.

A study at the University of Chicago reveals, lack of sleep can lower testosterone levels. Because it is a major sex hormone in men, low testosterone levels can interfere with a man's sexual function as a whole.

Prof. Van Cauter prove it through an experiment involving 10 healthy men, average age 24 years. Over the past 11 days, all participants underwent sleep pattern that is conditioned by the researchers with highly controlled in the laboratory.

In the first 3 nights, all participants were conditioned to sleep for 10 hours every day. Whereas at 8 the next day, participants are limited sleep time not to exceed 5 hours each day so that experience chronic fatigue.

In addition to observing sex drive through questionnaires and oral interviews, the researchers also conducted checks of testosterone levels in the blood of participants. Proven in 7 days only, kruang sleep have reduced levels of testosterone and has a serious impact on a man's sexual function.
