There are many ways you can do to treat skin and body to stay young. One way is to use anti aging creams and a variety of foods that contain antioxidants. But there are other ways that are not less important to do, and the merit in maintaining emotional stability, positive thinking, stress free, and others.

Here are the stages that can be done by the method SENIOR:

A. S - Stretching

2. E - Exercise

3. N - Nightclubing
