How Fat is Healthy?

Jakarta, I wonder why can not I fat? How to get fat and stay healthy? Thank you.

Vony, weight loss can be influenced by diet, genetics, digestive system, stress, everyday activities (like sports) and the rest.

Since you did not give details about your diet and activity, then I will give you a guide to gain weight in general, namely:

1. Eat 5-6 times a day, every day: 3 large meals such as breakfast, lunch and dinner plus snacks 2-3 times. Try to give a distance of 2-3 hours between meals to allow time to process food.

2. Eat foods that have lots of energy such as full cream milk and other dairy products, meat, fish, eggs, nuts and avocados. Feel free to include protein (milk, eggs, fish and meat) into each of your meals because you need to gain weight and muscle mass.

I also encourage you to start exercising lightly (if you have not already) so that the energy you consume is not only stored as fat but also as a muscle.

Also do not forget to get enough rest and do not stress because stress takes energy. Do not forget to keep eating fruits and vegetables so you get balanced nutrition. Good luck.
