Firth said the wallet will suppress the nerves in the body either at the person driving or while sitting at work. This condition can also result in pain or numbness in the ankles, lower legs and cause pain when walking, sitting or lying down.

If someone put a wallet in your back pocket, it will cause an imbalance that is not consciously involve muscles, bones and the most important is the nervous system. This imbalance tends to make someone sit sideways and try to keep balance centered on the pelvis.

This condition is likely involve one or two compensation curves of the spine that makes his position was not parallel. Unconsciously this will make the shoulders become degenerate. That is why putting your wallet in your back pocket can cause pain in the neck, back and shoulders as well.

If a man thinks that he does not have any complaints, you should still avoid the habit.

1. Do a little stretching before sitting
2. Wallet from his back pocket before sitting down though the wallet is not thick
3. Put the wallet in a place other alternatives such as a jacket pocket or in the bag
