Jakarta, the appearance of men who love gay sex alias sometimes look the same as heterosexual men who like the opposite sex. Both are only noticeable difference from activity of the brain, especially when the smell of sweat.

Appearance alone can not determine the sexual orientation of a man. If the first is identical to the gay tight shirt, tight jeans, sandals and shoulder bags, now is not all gays have such traits. Some of them even look the same as men in general.

As quoted from the NYTimes, Tuesday (01/18/2011) very difficult to distinguish between gay men with heterosexual men based on looks, because the normal male may look like a gay, and vice versa.

Many also equate the gay with the metrosexual that leads to feminine things like go to a salon or wear pink underwear. And gays can not be equated with the metrosexual, because gays have differences in their sexual orientation and not just on taste-looking.

A 2005 study said that one of the things that distinguishes gay men with heterosexual is a different response when smelling male sweat.

When homosexual men smelled the sweat of his neighbor, then the homosexual males brain will respond to chemicals in response to the hormone testosterone as women against men.

These findings indicate that brain activity and sexual orientation are interconnected. Compound in testosterone will activate the hypothalamus in homosexual men and heterosexual women, but not in heterosexual men. Instead of estrogen compounds that activate the hypothalamus was in heterosexual men.

"This suggests a different physiological response to the same external stimulus, this response occurs in the brain region involved in reproductive behavior," said Ivanka Savic, a neurologist from the Karolinska Institute, as reported by nationalgeographic.com.

One thing to remember is that stereotypes often do not reflect reality, someone who comes up with gay stereotypes might not and vice versa. Although it is difficult to determine whether someone is gay or heterosexual, sometimes instinct could provide the answer.
