According to Dr. William, a formula for weight loss is 70 percent diet and 30 percent exercise. Exercise done without dietary adjustments will not be effective, it can even aggravate joint damage if excessive.
In this case, Dr. William further suggests that exercise is not too much pressure on joints, especially knees. This type of light exercise such as swimming and cycling are preferred over run, if the goal is to maintain healthy joints.
